Anyeley Hallová is a visionary real estate developer dedicated to sustainability and social equity. With over 18 years of experience, she has led projects that reflect local culture, respect the environment, and foster economic opportunity. She holds degrees from Cornell University, MIT, and Harvard University, specializing in environmental systems, city planning, and landscape architecture.
In 2020, Hallová founded Adre, an equity-focused real estate development company based in Portland, Oregon. Adre is committed to creating affordable housing, mixed-use developments, and spaces for mission-driven organizations, with a focus on wealth-building for BIPOC communities. The company prioritizes diverse workforce participation, sustainability, and financial empowerment.
Before Adre, Hallová was a partner at project^, where she managed major developments, including student and market-rate housing. She also served as a Development Manager at Gerding Edlen Development and contributed to urban design projects at EDAW (now AECOM). Beyond her work, she chairs Oregon’s Land Conservation and Development Commission and the U.S. Green Building Council. Through Adre, she continues to shape real estate with a focus on equity and sustainability.
