At the 2025 Pitch Black Food Event, Tali showcased her Omni Appetizer: Spiced Beef Hummus, a dish that layers perfectly seasoned beef over creamy hummus, served alongside fresh pita bread and crisp pickles. Her ability to blend flavors from Ethiopian and Middle Eastern cuisines highlights her deep appreciation for food as both an art form and a means of connection.
